LIKES: Loves to read and study new things about the galaxy and other ships. She also loves to study older earth culture and read books written during and before the 21st century. She loves spicy foods and anything to do with candy.

DISLIKES: Really sour foods and anything that is close to milk. She also dislikes how people can be so ignorant to problems right in front of them. She also dislikes people who hurts animals.

LIMITATIONS: Due to her being so young, she sometimes has certain things fly over her head. Mostly to when people are rude to her.

MEDICAL PROFILE: During her younger years she was diagnosed with ADHD, and has had issues with attention. During her last years of the Academy she finally was able to get control of it and pass with flying colors her last year. In her younger years she had a lot of broken bones due to falling out of trees.

 

CHARACTER HISTORY: Born and raised in Palm Springs Florida, Kayla was an average girl. She did ballet up until the age of 15, at that time she decided following in her father’s footsteps was better than a Ballet career. Her mother was not happy with the decision but supported her only child at the time for what she wanted to do. At the Age of 16 she enrolled into Starfleet academy, into the operations route. He father at the time was being moved from the ship he command onto the Star base stationed in Antares III as second in command and was not able to be there to see her off, but sent her mother in his place to wish her well. During her time in the academy she encountered many people and quickly saw herself becoming a very quiet person. She spent most of her days hanging around with her roommate and studying. Her roommate was probably the one to thank, due to her always pressuring Kayla to be the best at her studies. At the end of her years, Kayla graduated second of her class, her roommate was the top graduate and Kayla would have it no other way. After her graduation she was stationed on the USS Mercutio for her first assignment.
